Apparently, according to the discussion with my friend who is an insider, all of the note holders are cool. As far as going "dark" he said they work better in the dark without putting out puff and fluff PR's and are only announcing executed milestones as they occur which are material and required to do.
Also about being on the Pink listing, I had asked Chance a while back about why they were delisted from OTCQB down to the Pinks and he told me then that OTC Markets wanted $15 or $20k to stay listed on QB, which NESV has been with the QB designation for years, but because they didn't pay it, the Market dropped them to where they are now, in the Pinks. He said there is no real differences between the OTC designations and really does not buy you anything, all OTC Companies whether Pink or QX, they are all in the same pot, on a bad market.
My friend is convinced though that the moves NESV is making, they will undoubtedly be heading to the NASDAQ. Don't have any details as to what was going on to propel them there as he wouldn't say, but he is certain of it.
