Wrong consolidation is large volume traded at a PPS to build a base. Yet you just stated that she moves on almost no volume, hmmmm..... Then how is it you plan on this happening. Point is consolidation is not needed on this one because of how small the float is and that the majority of us longs here hold the majority of that float which is why she moves so easily on low volume.
