The only one running this into the ground is Margrit. Seriously - what is a prospective investor going to see when he or she looks at this company? Over ten years of constantly repeated failures, with very similar scenarios, like non-delivered international contracts, and new products that never materialized.

There is a pattern of behavior here on Margrit's part which speaks to her incompetence, malfeasance, or both. Nobody is to blame here but Margrit - she doesn't NEED anyone else to run this into the ground.

Our money is GONE - again, once she takes the steps needed to comply with the Bodie settlement and prepare for Marani V 3.0, current shareholders are finished.
