All very true Rainmaker. But IMO it's not just the board that has decided the reverse is a good thing. Since the announcement, this stock has been heavily accumulated. Much earlier than anyone realized.

Insiders possibly loading because they know what's ahead in regards to NIT and the IPO.

And now it appears by yesterday's trading the shorts are starting to cover. If the company continues not to dilute, which I have seen no evidence of since the start of this run, the momentum will most likely carry right into and through the reverse.
