Billy. Why do you suspect sg stopped working on thedirectory.com for an entire year ? I know you said he may have spread himself out and is overwhelmed. Other then change auditors I can't seem to find anything sg has done. Can you?

Forget the enormous debt. Let's just talk about the "service" thedirectory provides.
