Do you think that particular attorney was given ALL gathered information or do you believe the attorney was SPOON FED EX what the complainants wanted the attorney to prosecute?

IMO door # 2 is the answer. A young attorney being hand fed what THE HALLIN PLAINTIFFS and puppets is the only way the SEC commissioners ( so it is said ) would have determined to file charges.

I'm quite sure they had no idea of the 13 failed attempts.

5 % chance this gets to court. If it does the SEC will most likely lose the case, as they do with 70 % of them.

Another topic. For years it's been said Teco's CEO is he worst ever. Found out that is not correct. There are far worse ones. Found that by pulling a rabbit out of the hat trick. lol

Knowing this, I'm sure glad I did not invest in those companies.
