Stan doesn't talk about the stock, or Gill Champion (the president of POW!), for that matter. He does talk about the company (do you know what POW stands for?) and its projects (see the Larry King interview around the 7 minute mark).

Personally, I don't think he needs to talk about the stock, he needs to be more open with the projects (names, companies involved, dollars they bring in).

Back in 2010 or 2011, Stan did put out a few shareholder's letters. A couple of them were pretty good, but, POW! started regurgitating press releases as shareholder's letters, then they stopped altogether.

I think Stan has a say in the way things are run, too often his way is to say things are a secret:

Keeping things secret (super secret) is a recurring theme with Stan. Gill Champion does nothing to stop it. Stan running things may be POW!'s problem, not the solution.

Stan isn't, nor has he ever been a champion for the regular guy. He looks after himself and family first, then maybe friends (fans, regular people on the street, people in other countries,people in jail or prison, then shareholders, if you want a priority list).

The company went public with about 100 million shares. Most of the dilution was before Disney bought in in 2010/2009 (132.36 million shares as of the last filing).
