That's not true, most people are waiting for the funding to be announced, right now it is a speculative play and reserved for those with the chutzpah to get in early. Most are waiting to see the funding terms and the A/S has nothing to do with it, that is reserved for the next phase of growth after the mobile phone app is complete.

If you invest in blue chip stocks you look in the rear view mirror at the companies, if you invest in speculative plays you look to the future, two completely different animals.
