Pretty obvious what's going on and they said so as much. They are selling shares to help finance operations. No big secrets. Now why longs won't admit what Mgt. says is true is a big questions. Has to be that or the folks that converted notes cashing out. They also have tons of shares to sell. There is a huge overhang of shares awaiting sale and only a few can get out as a time until they can find new suckers to buy them.
