there is no big gov contract, you can call the FAA like I did and find out for yourself. As a matter of fact, I have sent screen shots to them of these claims. They said they will look into it. They suspect the claims are coming from Costa Rica. Someone must be promoting this from out of the county to avoid prosecution.
