Supposedly, they own a percentage of EACH of the subsidiaries. One would think that percentage ownership would be worth something (although they could not pay the rent with it).

Then there's inventory, A/R, and other assets. In other words, the liquidation value of the company. They couldn't pay the rent with it and it probably wouldn't equal the 20 cents a share that Series C holders are due, but it would be a LOT better than NOTHING, which is what they'll get if they keep falling for the delaying tactics.
