It seems bullshit is one thing this company will never run short of. Too bad there's no commercial use for the company's bullshit other than to pump the stock so that insiders can DUMP.
Let's say for the sake of argument that the company could refuse to honor their duly authorized and issued shares through some sort of "Basher clause". Who would determine which shareholders are to be excluded and why they should be excluded?
