Poor data. This is where public service is failing because of the lack of funding, which is an issue brought on by the party in Government. Health Canada is Non partisant like every other Government service deparment must be. But the party in power can control the efficiency of the agenda through budgeting. And that is exactly the situation HC is facing now. With a back log of applications for facilities and delayed data at this point, what will it possibly look like when the 400k canadian expected in the mmpr come into the program? Without a change in Government the mmpr remains sluggishly hindered and underbudgeted imo, and LP's, patients, the industry and the Canadian economy will hare the heavy load.
