The TRUTH is they owe investors $4 MILLION for Series C Preferred Shares. They even put up a statement on their website that the stock ownership certificates would ALL be DELIVERED within "10 days". They left that statement up FOR MORE THAN A MONTH! Now, they-ve taken it down, removing the last pretense at that LIE!
