I have emailed 5WPR to confirm they have contracted with PCS as their person of record. I also asked what their approach will be and whom they plan to target with a campaign if in fact they are contracted with PCSV. It should be no issue for them to acknowledge a relationship with PCSV as it is public information per PCSV. I will post any response I receive.
