Radient shell is ready for a reverse merger..Uni-PHArma most likely candidates since they wouldn't have a conflict of interest with the agreement and control of DR-70 IP and trademarks...Now Provista will control Dr-70 IP and Trademarks according to the LSA of 2010 and the LOI of 2010..Uni will reverse merge into shell and provista will control the RXPC shares till then.

Too funny now that we placed old news to the board.. Here is what we know from the transfer of Trademarks..

Radient (Assignor)owns 100 per cent of AMDL Diagnostics Inc. Stock..Which disputes living's posts that AMDL Diagnostics is not a wholly owned subsidiary of Radient.


Radient did not transfer the rights of Trademarks to Uni-Pharma which means that the agreement between Uni-Pharma and AMDL Diagnostics Inc was and is still in force making that statement valid. THe assignment oft hetra demarks was made between AMDL diagnosticS Inc. and Uni-Pharma...

The President remains Mac and the Secretary Akio as officers of Radient and AMDL Diagnostics..Bill White was just announced earlier this year(After March 1, 2015) as CEO..
