Stock issuance error is being corrected



Good afternoon HHSE Friends - a clerical error at Standard Registrar & Transfer Co., Inc. resulted in 9.8-million shares being mistakenly issued last Thursday. This transaction has been voided, the shares have been frozen from clearance, and the issuance will be reversed back to restore the prior share count.

HHSE Management has received lots of emails about "dilution shares being dumped onto the market" from this transaction. This is clearly wrong, as these shares were never cleared for sale, and have been recalled. The stock volume occurring today would be occurring from other market factors.
