TCA does not want HHSE stock.



That is correct. They never wanted HHSE stock for repayment of the debt because it was not registered. Their letter to HHSE clearly stated several times they wanted cash. It was Eric that lied to shareholers saying TCA wanted stock, because Eric needed to use stock if he wanted to repay the debt. That is why MAGNA is doing the stock conversions. MAGNA is getting the discount on the stock sales...not TCA.

Eric just made up baloney stories about TCA so he could justify the dilution needed to repay the debt.
