there are more pluses for them to merge.ESCR has huge oil&gas reserves.and WRES is $48m company($150m Net assets). ESCR 's shareholders can win twice. much solid company and much more value.ESCR's cap is only $1.5m.can you imagine the huge investment return ratio potential?
