If the CEO is really in rehab, did he volunteer or was he forced into it by a court order?

If true, does anyone know what substance(s) he went in for? Is there any concern that he used shareholder money to procure any of the substance(s)?

If true about rehab, I offer best wishes for William Veve and hope for eventual recovery.
