Can someone guide me on this question

as per the VDO powell said that all conversions has been done

now the creditors would be selling to make profits... and it would be in their interest of higher profit that ticker moves up. Post conversions ticker tends to moves up or manipulated to move up so that creditors can make higher profits

But what we saw yesterday in was the dump of 70 odd millions and the ticker is constant ..

am I reading it wrong ... or is there something we are missing
