How does Tonner getting bought out help OWOO?

There is no merger at this point.... and nothing has even been hinted that a merger is going to happen.

Tonner has no incentive to merge with OWOO, especially if hes getting bought out!!! The only direction that a merger would make sense is if he wanted to go public, but now hes getting bought out..
