So bare with me as I'm new.
1. If the PPS doesn't reach the warrant price we can assume those warrants will not be exercised and will lapse.
2. Shelf would be dilution but that would be necessary as the company will need money.
3. At this cash burn we have enough money for a few months.
4. We do have enough cash for 5 prototypes to be used in a clinical setting.
5. Only real competitor would be davinci
6. We are a primarily a buyout target

Like I said I am new to this company and just really started my DD the other day. If I said anything wrong or if you can expand that would be great. Also if I missed anything please add. I do not have a position yet but am considering one.
