How were you brought to this stock? I agree that my long long long past with this company states it's a share selling pig. And Riss's excuse has always been, they are paying down debt. He doesn't get the idea of actually creating value with a winning product to pay down debt the normal way - by hard work and perseverance. I'm sorry to tell you Paul - forward looking statements don't put the triscuits in my belly.

His idea is to convert shares - the proof is in the pudding. We went from like 20 million shares to over 4 billion shares and now dropped back under 4 billion to 3.9 billion OS.

My only hope is: to consider why the hell are they staying current, why the hell are they acquiring all of these MJ related companies. Our CSO has a track record of education and a track record of many patents - one does not go through all of that education and patent costs/time to simply sign up for a share selling pig? That just doesn't make sense.

The same goes for Grow Big Supply. I mean I don't know for certain their financial status. I do know they have grown at a very rapid pace from opening in 2010 with 800 SQ FT store and made $650,000. 3 years later it grew into a 50,000 SQ FT warehouse and raked in 7.5 MILLION in revs.

THAT IS AMAZING GROWTH - this when the legalization is just beginning over the past couple years.

So why would GBS have anything to do with PVSP, if all PVSP was a share selling PIG? That is the 1million dollar question.

Lets now ask - why are we at .0004? A very real concerning question: HOW THE HELL ARE WE BACK AT .0004 WITH A 5 PLUS MILLION DOLLAR REVENUE PRODUCING MJ HOME DEPOT?

I believe that people close to the situation were fed information and this information leaked and many promoters and pumpers were brought on board on this information. The time frames did not match up with reality and we are now here after many of those pumpers/flippers are now out from when they were brought in at .0002 and .0003. I do feel that some of the old debt that was owed and restructured to some of the other 13g'ers was sold/shorted etc... and really made this stock take a dive. From what I have read (NO 100% TRUTH) on other boards, the 59 group was the culprit and dumped all of their shares recently. If someone can offer a link or facts on why there is no filing that would be great. From my understanding (not fact) any holder under 10% ownership does not have to file anything when selling. That would make sense why each FUND was granted 9.9% - just shy of 10% - but again I don't have facts.

Next question or thought - why is Kevin even bothering bringing down the OS if this was a share selling pig? Why would FLUX be putting back the shares that PVSP is converting? FLUX just basically retired 1 BILLION of their shares to allow some of the CD's to pay down the debt. I just don't understand why FLUX would do that if it was a share selling pig? Is it to keep the company and share price moving along so they can continue to sell shares later and keep this share selling pig alive? IDK.

I am a long here and have been for many years. I just want truth and transparency. I am sorry to say this for all longs, but those shareholders letters are pure BS. The verbiage Paul uses based on his track record cannot rally this company nor shareholders. I am afraid that until we have a new leader who delivers on his words we won't go anywhere.

In Paul's defense - he could have laid down and BK could have been a very easy option after VOX. He kept us alive.

He has also been delivering on many of his statements in fillings and shareholder letter. So there are many things that are coming true - Like Debt Reduction - Share Reduction - Acquisitions - Team Additions, etc...

I'll leave this post by saying my deep down gut feeling is that this whole transition into the MJ field will pan out to be a powerhouse - but not for a year or so. I think using GBS as the backbone is smart and from there you can build off into many of the niche markets within MJ sector - ie - cannabinoids (CBD) Cannabidoil.

Just look at the market projections for the MJ sector as more states allow medical MJ - and soon to be legal for recreation - we are looking at like 34 billion a year industry. That is a great place to be.
