The ocean like has a lot of water in exactly like Ruby has a lot of nuggets.
The problem being that the ocean has so much salt in it that it cant be used. Like the tons of rock between nuggets. So they try to remove the impurities but the water/gold is too expensive in the end to make any money on.
In NBRIs case the CEO borrowed too much money to get to too little gold. So he couldn't pay them back and they converted the stock to death twice now. They are capable of killing it at least 3 more times should FINRA decide to let this loser do 2 more reverse splits and pump and dump the shares.
Ruby would be an awesome hobby but as a commercial mining investment you are better served to burn your cash. At least that way you wont have false hope pushed on you as a bag holder
