The term "bid support" relates to manipulative practices with quite a negative connotation. Anyone with a literal understanding of the term's true usage would not use it in an attempt to pump up a stock. IMO the real "bid support" underying MMMW's PPS actually occurred last week, and it was somewhat blatant too.

It went like this; Tuesday 169K shares dumped @ .0061, Wednesday 3K @ .0076 (~$23 traded= a +23% move), Thursday 31K @ .0089 (~$275 traded= another +20% move), Friday 2.5K @ .0088 (~$22 traded). As I hope can be understood, no one could have earned even a $10 profit even though MMMW has whipped up and down +40% over the last 5 trading sessions.

Investoepedia's definition of 'Bid Support';
1. A manipulative practice employed to prop up a company’s stock price on the open market.
2. Bid support may also refer to a substantial number of orders from different market makers on the bid side of a stock, which can signal a trader to buy the stock on the expectation that it will advance.
3. A third meaning of bid support refers to the services provided by accounting and consulting firms to companies making takeover bids for other firms.

Bid support, as a form of market manipulation, involves multiple bids for small amounts of a particular stock being placed just below the highest bid price posted by market makers. This has the effect of absorbing sell orders and creating an artificial floor for the stock, while giving the impression that plenty of buyers are waiting in the wings.

As to the MMMW 10K, it was due on 7/31, and as clearly indicated on the NT-10K it was over due 15 days later 8/15. In most penny stock situations when annual financials are withheld for undisclosed reasons, a legal issue accounting problem has shown up in the audit process.
