But, dumping more shares will add to the float, o/s, dilution...all that not-so-wonderful stuff. That in turn will mean the price will drop. (dilution always means price drops, even if temporarily). It'll make it harder to actually bump up to a higher ticker with such a large share count and limited revs. Market Cap will be lower, and that great formula that everyone uses to calculate the share price means it'll stay down with more shares on the market. What I hope doesn't happen, but given TBEVS history of doing it.....they printed new shares, slowly dump them on the market while production gets up and running and when we get close to uplist....R/S.
