I would have to agree that this is probably not new dilution... too low volume even now... but it does look a little suspicious. The terms of the TCA and other convertible notes have been known for some time now so I'm not sure why shorts on here are emphasizing this fact so much now. I communicated with Tony by email this afternoon to ask about the authorized share count, etc. He got back to me almost immediately by email stating "that there has been no change to issued capital at this time. The issued capital is displayed on the our website. We are doing everything we can to make sure there is no further dilution".
