They did hire the new auditors which would make me think they are going to file. The key is to get it done and to not have a huge restatement of numbers. My feeling is that Bob, Jeff, Joey and the Core have been purposefully pushing inaccurate numbers, thus, the last auditing firm walking away from them. Be prepared for the "real numbers" to be VERY different than fiction that was pumped.
