SNEY has done dilutive financing in the past through private placements and toxic financing. That is behind us now that we have revenue and can borrow against assets. Furthermore, in those forms of financing, the company was not selling shares, they were using shares as collateral or as payment for services rendered. The selling was done by the individual share holders. That is a big difference. Just look at the outstanding Warrants statement in the fins and notice the massive reduction in the number of outstanding warrants. That is proof enough that the company is moving in the right direction.
