Although not directly mentioned in any filings, it is
assumed that the $100k deferred revenue on VitaCig's
quarter three report was from Omnicam.

And the way OmniCam is getting retail distribution,
and the addition of e-juice, it is obvious another
payment, has/or will be, made to VitaCig.
