Wotton and the Board is sure taking a gamble given the loan conditions, but they've really tried all other avenues and have such poor success that they now are betting the store. One observation and conclusion is what else can they do as they're 'dead' and can't go anywhere without the bucks?

Myself I don't like like the odds as a viable high risk investment to throw anymore money at it, but as I've said many times, I truly want to be wrong and am just honestly sharing another perspective which I'm sure upsets some, but it's totally fair to say this is very far from a slam dunk investment and must be perceived that way as it could 'die' very quickly with poor interims or announcement of tumorgenicity, always a real possibility with stem cell medicine.
