Not hardly. Panic sellers abound in the pinks driving realistic share prices down. I will take #CI from 1.56 to 9.82 any day and did. Pr'S do not match upward price of share price, you only get selling after news comes out. This stock was at .0039 and could not even hold that gain despite the CEO"s words
