i have already posted this here on several occassions....I spoke with a TimeWarner representative (directly, not over the phone---an individual who knows my face because I stop at the booth often).....

The rep told me (after looking TFN up)..that Time Warner was currently in negotiations with TFN to be added to digital cable line-up...the rep also described a "bidding war" (their words not mine) between Comcast and one other northeastern cable company....

this person had zero reason to tell me anything but the truth...and I am confident that that is exactly what i got....100% confident....

I should also add that this is in 100% complete agreement with the information released from SW in the letter to the shareholders....
