I do know that on one of the docs, the "holder/seller" is Paul R Taylor - not Netco. So there you have it.
If this is true, it's a possible jail sentence for both of 'em. At least, that's what my source says. I sent the docs out for a more professional analysis the other night.
If there was no splitting of the profits (meaning Paul got no money back) - it's still a major crime IMO, because Chef would call investors privately and leak suspected insider information he got from Paul in an effort to get them to load up.
Since Chef claimed to be a long-time friend of Paul's (over five years), and since Paul verified this personally, we have a major scandal shaping up here. When you're leaking insider info - it helps for the "targets" to know that you are the personal friend of an insider.
