i'm simply going off what is presented. Not bashing, just looking for answers to understand the deal better. But, simply just from looking at what I read, it only seems the deal is for $2.1MM and the fact that OROT did $80MM in revs, doesn't help SIRG long-term unless theres a buyout in the near future
