Geo - what happened to being fully funded ? What happened with the news of the 2 YEAR delay at the 11 1/2 hour ?

They will go to the shelf which will cause some dilution and PPS will fall. You can hold and buy more at $1 or sell now and use those proceeds to buy back at a $1. Can't wait when the next qtr cost estimates come out at over 60 million to finish. When does it end ?


Doesn't take a Harvard CEO to overestimate costs and then come in on or under budget. Something like that would raise PPS now wouldn't it ?
