I read that. All of it. Even the part you think is important. What case are they referring to here that is brought after the motion to vacate? Sure looks like BCA vs. Paul Norat.

in April 2014, Benefits for Corporate America, Inc., and others filed a lawsuit against the Company, a subsidiary, and Paul Norat, the Company’s president and chief executive officer, entitled Benefits for Corporate America, Inc., et al., vs. Capital Financial, LLC, et al., Third Judicial District Court, Salt Lake County, Utah, case no. 140902802, alleging breach of contract, fraud, violation of the Utah Uniform Securities Act, and failure of consideration and seeking a declaratory judgment that certain notes are not enforceable and for unspecified damages, costs, and attorneys’ fees.
