"after a R/S I would expect the new PPS to hold."

Sorry but, if they pull a reverse split while maintaining the current status, ZTE continuing the dance and stall routine, the PPS will sink lower.. These attorneys, getting paid in shares, they're not investors, and it's of the main reasons it continues to fail, they're dumping em as soon as they get em.. That'll hurt reverse split price.

You're best hope is the get an order from the Judge before a reverse split becomes mandatory. It only needs to hit a buck for 10 days and, as I understand everything resets. That'll buy more time to play inside of the penny market 4-6 months of less than a buck.

Even if it takes years to collect, an order will instill confidence while those expenses (share dumping) keeps it from rising. .

Corn-fused-us Long-vestor ancient saying: Patience and small movements keep a steady course.

I don't have a humble opinion!
