This is very true. Generally such talk ratchets up during quiet periods when uncertainty and anxiety prevails. Hopefully the rest of this program won't continue to mirror prior failed versions.

And from my perspective, I'm hardly inclined to put much weight into whatever a "scrutineer" is supposed to do. It isn't like these guys are forensic accountants or fraud specialists, nor do they possess attestation/assurance standards specific to the financial industry. The GM wasn't analogous to a voting box with standardized ballots. It would take me 15 minutes with Photoshop and a PDF of one of my brokerage statements to make my position look ten times greater than it really is, and my PS skills stink...
