by a lender to email Roger Smith. When he did, the strategy was changed to attacking Roger Smith. And if the post was false I guarantee you SFRX would have included that post in a court filing.

The reason they did not is beyond obvious. As is the reason Otis is claiming the Defendant admitted liability. I guess he wants to pretend Answers and Affirmative Defenses were NOT filed last November. But the docket shows otherwise. It was done AFTER the Judge Rejected the stipulation. SFRX is afraid to argue liability. They know they will LOSE.
