11,000 exec privilege docs aren't "protected" docs, correct? Please correct me if I am wrong. The "protected" docs are the docs that have been admitted in court. They are the docs that Sweeney said must be shared with all the other GSE cases, correct?

And then there is the separate issue of the many docs (11,000) that the gvt has claimed executive privilege over. And those docs have not been admitted into court as evidence, and will not be seen by any of GSE case plaintiffs. And they will probably never be seen by the public. Correct?

and which group of docs is the NYT trying to gain access to? Only the "protected" docs? Or also the exec privilege docs? Thanks to anyone who clarifies this for me.
