Remember how Luther always claimed to be working hard on getting out of the global lock? Anyone who looked it up KNEW it would take one year, yet Luther claimed for one year to be working hard, or even put Vakser in charge, or the lawyer was working so hard solve the global lock problem. Ha PRPM was already under chill before the lock.

The SUTI script was written before Jorge arrived. All that has happened is Vakser filled in Jorge's name in the PRs.
