The buzz is Chapter 11/7 and the only buyout one could expect is somebody picking up the scraps for in Bankruptcy for maybe $1 million....With over $7 million more in liabilities than assets and that's before any IRS exposure and the near certain damages against ARYC in the current litigation, than means shareholders get ZERO ---- All IHMO
