What is the real purpose of this new company?



Asset management I think. This company will have a lot of assets. That could include funding, providing technology, perhaps labor etc.

Those corporate stakeholders across China, you are forgetting that we have a lot of JV partners too. And they are crucial if they want to get a loan.

Never mind all that is written on the website. The CEO probably copied a load of crap from that other company he works for.

Solomon is the Chairman. The asset portfolio is all SIAF. SIAF is the parent company. That's it. Whether it will truly add value in the long run remains to be seen. But it can't hurt. If you pretend to be a multi billion dollar company then you have to take this stuff seriously.
