What we have is a pps that cannot even reach .02 again despite the app, form 10 and everything else going on. This was trading at .08? Hard to believe. Dilution? Mm manipulation? Shorts? Will the Africa thing mean anything at all? Is this thing so manipulated by the MM's and the shorts that it the pps cannot climb any higher?
