I think if everyone looked at it differently the answer may become more clear. The first settlement will be dwarfed by the second settlement. The settlement that will really affect JnJ, DECN and its shareholders. TO me, $30M would be a great first settlement. Then we wait for the second settlement while management launches their new products on JnJ's tab (1st settlement $). That's just me.
