Their brand is sold in stores in New York, Connecticut and New Jersey. I assume what east coast Athena will get out of the deal is Avanzar's instant access to west coast 2000 store market. Minerco should be able to get their foot in the door on GM's east coast stores. I assume the legal work just needs to be finished.
