Stinky Pinkies are volunteer filers. However, until Jerry files a form 15 he is required to disclose material events via 8-k.

Losing the rights to wells, A subsidiary being part of a million dollar scam, thosse are material events that all require filing, not just how much you wished you could get paid.

The SEC will have a field day with this Jerry.
