I agree with you. But Fitbit has tons of competitors arriving. The current Apple Watch 1.0 is just one of many. IPhone 7 and the next Apple Watch (version 2.0 in 2016) will be loaded with Fitbit features on the high end. Around Christmas you'll see many low end Fitbit knock offs that will be good enough for most fitness purposes. Many will look just like Fitbits or better. I'm probably going to pick up one of them. (I like the product, just hate the stock at this price)

Note another problem: 2015 is shaping up as a sluggish year for IPOs. Most pop very briefly and then collapse.
